Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $[amount]
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Vnique Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact.vniquebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
